The 3D body scan is a fun, empowering & memorable experience that captures how incredibly strong, resilient & beautiful your body is. This is an opportunity for you to take some time for yourself & honour your body, and I can't wait to welcome you to my cosy private studio.

Your sculpture will be as unique as your pregnancy journey. I offer multiple sizes & finishes to choose from, customised to your preferences. From timeless classics like matte white & saddle brown, to bold choices like hot pink & fire-engine red - the options are yours to explore. While many mums-to-be love the classics, many others have a particular unique style preference. I can't wait to work with you to customise your piece of art.

Quick turnaround

Most solid resin sculptures are crafted, completed and carefully delivered within 8 WEEKS of your body scan. Solid bronze sculptures are typically completed within 8 WEEKS. Why is the turnaround so much faster than other studios that take 4–5 months? Because every piece is created entirely in-house from scan to finish - never outsourced - and crafted with care, love, and expertise.

No two bronze patinas are ever the same ✨

This is the part of our process we love most - experimenting until we land on a finish you won’t find anywhere else. Every piece holds its own depth, colour, and texture. It’s this constant push to do things differently that sets us apart as fine art sculptors.

Patina is an art form in itself.

Colouring bronze is one part chemistry, one part art. We don’t paint our bronze - the colour is drawn out of the metal itself through chemical reaction, controlled by heat, timing and precise application.

This is a test tile. Every patina is worked and reworked here before it ever touches your sculpture.

Ever wondered what the 3D scan looks like as we capture your body?

You settle into your preferred pose, and the 3D model builds on screen in real time - every angle and curve appearing as we go. That scan becomes the blueprint your sculpture is built from, and each scan only takes 1 minute to capture.

Two questions we hear often: do I have to be nude? And can my partner hold our baby?

No, and yes.

Denim holds its own kind of beauty in sculpture - the way it falls, the shape it creates. Silks and soft draping do the same.

And dads - you’re so welcome here. Mum came in for her bump scan weeks earlier, and dad returned with baby to complete the collection.

Our core collection reflects the shades our clients return to again and again - the most-loved, most-requested palette.

The Lulu Dré Difference

I'm Mana - head artist and founder of Lulu Dré Atelier, the first and only pregnancy sculpture studio in the southern hemisphere to produce bronze entirely in-house.

When I first began experimenting with 3D scanning and sculpture creation, I was surprised to discover that most Australian pregnancy sculpture studios were outsourcing production — scanning clients in one place, then sending their most personal data, including intimate body scans, to a third party to be made by strangers. For something this personal, that didn't feel right.

So I built something different. At Lulu Dré, I meet every client personally, hear your story, and carry it with me into the atelier where I work hands-on alongside a wonderful dedicated in-house team of artists. Your body scan never leaves our walls, and your piece never passes through unknown hands, as a matter of principle

Lulu Dré isn't just about sculpting a piece of art - it's an experience. I will be with you throughout the whole journey to make your experience fun, comfortable and memorable.
